So yes all for is included, from the smallest breakfast ( yogurts and bagles from galley) to the salmon steak at the wake. I ejoyed the eggs and sausage with mushrooms at 5am when I sailed. Galley is not 24/7 at 11pm they close for about 40min to clean and again at 430am. And only 1 side will be open from 10pm-630am at 530 they will stock all the moring grab n go box, breakfast and sides (coffee tea juice) all free but specialty coffee and juice from the bars cost you about 6-10$ for about 18oz very good deal. As for the restaurants worth it just to sail with virgin. We had just under 2/3 passengers and this resulted in eating when we want any were even the wake we enjoyed without reservations. Only thing I'd recommend is eating 1 course at a time tell you need to stop each restaurant has 3 some times 4 coarse meals. Myself and my sail buddy couldn't eat all the food every night ESPECIALLY that gunbae my God we told them nothing but the meat platters and seafood no veggies !! That definitely was the best way to eat food with random people and fun drinking game. Any other queries or questions I'll answer to the best of my ability.
