So I’m on the Scarlet Lady rn (2/7-2/11). I had previously posted saying we were surprised the day before the cruise that our upgrade bid was accepted and now we’re Mega Rock Stars, which means all of our drinks are free at all times (unless we order a really expensive bottle of wine or something). Cool, right? Except I JUST found out that the $300 I thought was Sailor Loot is actually just a $300 bar tab.
We hate wine and champagne and especially expensive wine or champagne—we drink beer, seltzer, and bottom shelf liquor mixed drinks. So now we have NO idea on what to do with our $300 bar tab. Does it just get wasted? We asked if we could get it converted to Loot and were told no. Anybody have any ideas on how to spend it when we already get free drinks??
I’m too poor to know. I thought it was just liquor.
