does anyone who has mates rates get gig 1 for less than 62 quid

hi gig 1 is available in my area now but after spending 7 hours contacting them both on chat and the phone the lowest offer i got was 59 pounds a month
i currently pay 46 pounds for m500 so this seems like a massive price increase when virgin jumped me up from m350 to m500 for only a pound extra a month as was 45 before but this is just insane they wont even come close to my budget i just ask for 52 pounds and they flat out say no.
anyone who can help i would greatly appreciate.
