hi all just wanted to point out that if you think your paying a bit too much for your services with virgin or any other company especially with covid you should ask them for a better price as its just free money going back into your pocket to use on other things but you should be generous with the price only going down like 2-3 pounds or if your service has been really unreliable you should ask for an extra quid more but don't push it and be greedy.

just be kind about it and if they say no they say no and thats that don't beat yourself up about it but if you are kind about it there is more chance you might actually get it.

just putting out a general message to any virgin subscribers to just ask kindly and you might get what you want.
