Lost access to PS4 and Rockstar Game Servers

Hi Guys,
For about a month now, I've been unable to access Rockstar Servers (GTA 5 & RDR2) and Ubisoft servers (Division 2) on my PS4 Pro. This wasn't an issue at all up until a month or so ago. Now completely unable to access these online services on my connection. I've spoken to Virgin (Useless) and Rockstar (slightly less useless) but getting absolutely nowhere.
Was just wondering if anybody on here could maybe shed some light on the situation.
