Absolute rip off - don't even do what you ask

Apologies for the rant.

18 months ago I had the gigVolt package, 1gb speed, 2 set-top boxes, all channels, sports, movies etc fir the princely sum of £65 ish. At the end of the contract they wanted £180 something for the same package.

I've just signed up again and for £81 I now get 500mb speed, big TV package plus sports and one set top box. When I originally enquired I said I wanted sports and TNT sports and was assured the total cost was £81. After signing up I'm then told I need to pay another £18 per month for TNT. Excuse me while I bend over!
