I’ve been with Virgin since 2016 and never had an issue with the internet. Since upgrading in 2022 we have had nothing since.
I have the guaranteed volt that should kick in when the internet is down but it’s always an ‘intermittent issue’ - when the volt does not kick in. From a customers point of view, you either have a connection or not. What’s the ‘guaranteed’ aspect.
Customer services are as useful as a chocolate teapot.
And separately, voip phones (with another provider) do not work with the gig router.
After making do with mobile internet for over a year, we now have BT 50mb which is better. Slower internet is waaaaay better than no internet.
Well done Virgin. You have the cable monopoly and you have managed it well
