Hub 3.0 Solid White Light, The Modem feels warm, but no internet whatsoever

I've already tried resetting the hub, checked the coax and factory reset. Doesn't work. Also when I use public internet to access the http://192.168.0.1/ to check our hub settings. It's just redirects to this ZTE page and not Virgin Media?
Couldn't get anybody on the phone, as usual, any advice on this please

*Updated (6/9/23): After unplugging it overnight and also factory resetted it. The internet is back again!
