Why VMP ignores my zendesk replacement requests? What to do?

Hi,
Trying to get a Mars Volta replacement disc.
I have twice used zendesk to ask for replacement and weeks gone by and no reply.
I keep hearing how great and quick customer service is and is there some other way to get help other than the zendesk request for replacement
