My granddad was a train driver and Motorsport fan. This is what he got himself after his first big promotion. This watch traveled nearly 30 years with him trough the country and sometimes international. Every working day. He had many other watches but for driving a train he always wore this. In my youth he often took me with him and we drove all spukt the country i am from. Besides that he loved to show me his collection, explain it to me and also took me with him when he bought new watches. He died last year and left me his watch collection wich I will now care for.

So yeha for all my youth I wanted to become either a traindriver or watchmaker. And a watchmaker i have become…. because he brought me into this hobby and also the interest in the profession behind it since I always was most fascinated by the different movements etc.
