Stunning vintage deco (?) style raised lapis ring from Cartier. Cartier won't help me repair it (the stone is not attached at the moment, only gently placed back on for these photos) without receipts or purchase info. It is my grandmothers, who can't wear anything heavy anymore. I want to fix it while the stone is still in one piece, it's way too fragile to be loose like this! There's a serial #. I would have expected that number be enough to validate the item. Grandmother really wants me to get it fixed so I can wear it and adore it, and I'd rather it be repaired by the Maison. They refuse but there's NO way I will get paperwork for this- it was definitely purchased well before computers lol. Matching nails only a coincidence, but funny, and included for your enjoyment too. Google was of no help. If this piece is coveted or rare I would love to know, so if I ever DO part with it I know it gets placed in the right hands, and I'm given the correct valuation for it.
