From which decade is this dress?

I got it from vinted and the seller said she got it from italy. The silhouette seems 30-50s (but it could be made to look „old“) for me and my grandma said she had seen dresses like this in her youth. What throws me of are the shoulder pads, but they could be sewn in later. The dress itself is pretty fragile and was already repaired often.
