Where can I find inexpensive 1950's clothing?

I'm looking to expand my wardrobe and dress more like a woman from the 1950s!
But what I find is that a lot of actual vintage clothes are extremely hard to find and expensive, and that a lot of reproduction brands are even more expensive! I sometimes like to buy "vintage" clothes from amazon, but most of the time they are awful quality clothing and so now I'm just kinda stuck.
