I became overweight when I started college, now I'm in mid 20's and have tried to lose the weight since then but it seems I'm forever stuck on day 1, I have tried calorie deficit, fasting, portion control, intuitive eating, vegetarian etc.. but it only last for 2 weeks and I binge again. I know to lose weight by doing all of those but the problem is I don't have consistency, I can't really fight the urge to eat more and more and more.. It's exhausting, It's so hard, my motivation only really lasted for a week and now I'm back again, If only I stayed consisted I would have the body right now but what to do? I've tried over the years and always failed.
So now I'm wondering if there's any other way I can lose weight? Like an appetite supressant that makes me full, or a coffee that burns more calories in me? Lol idk, I've also heard saxenda but haven't really research about it and idk if it's really legit.
Please give me any advice. Thank you!
