Hi there, I'm 18 and a bit chubby. My weight is a little over 60kg. I've been trying to get out of bed and get myself to exercise...
But it doesn't last long even if I do exercise. I wanna turn it into a habit. A consistent one, like my skincare routine. How do I?
I REALLY need to start losing weight bcz I now have stretch marks all over my body.
I didn't take it seriously before, but now that I have stretch marks and I'm even getting butt acne (that hurts, can't even sit properly) I REALLY want to start exercising.
I'm VERY sure losing weight will make me look more attractive.
P. S sorry for the rant, I just had to express it to you guys.
