So I just inherited my grandma's collection of Dept 56. Which I'm happy about that, I told my grandma I wanted it before she passed.
Now a lot of it still has the original packaging, but a lot of the older pieces just say Dept 56 on them without a collection or series name. Is there any way to tell what series they were apart of?
Also, is there a certain way to repair pieces? All the buildings are fine, but a couple of the people have been broken throughout the years (between her 9 grandkids and however many great grandkids playing with them). I'd assume careful super glueing would be fine, but I don't know how old the broken pieces actually are.
