having an issue getting this deployed, might be im new to docker and still learning my way around...

I changed the ports, 89:89 and the IP to the network that docker created, I had the IP to the internal IP of the machine however that didnt work. I dont see any logs on the frontend service, however API and DB have a bit. I am able to see the API web service up, {"message":"Not Found"}

I have a proxy already setup that I plan on using.
