It’s my first time posting here, hope everyone can give some suggestions!

After a recent trip to Hanoi, I fell in love with the authentic taste of Phở GĂ  (because local pho has flavors slightly adjusted)

So I’ve decided to get this Phố KhĂŽ HĂ  Nội and make one myself. I’ve referenced some of the ingredients from the book “Into the Vietnamese Kitchen” by Andrea Nguyen.

These are my ingredients:

Ginger few slices Lemon few slices Thai Fish sauce 2tbsp Yellow Onions Phố KhĂŽ HĂ  Nội rock sugar 5cubes chicken soup stock(didn’t have time to make stock from scratch homegrown basil leaves

Any suggestions to make this recipe closer to the local taste of Phở GĂ ?
