Itâs my first time posting here, hope everyone can give some suggestions!
After a recent trip to Hanoi, I fell in love with the authentic taste of Phá» GĂ (because local pho has flavors slightly adjusted)
So Iâve decided to get this Phá» KhĂŽ HĂ Ná»i and make one myself. Iâve referenced some of the ingredients from the book âInto the Vietnamese Kitchenâ by Andrea Nguyen.
These are my ingredients:
Ginger few slices Lemon few slices Thai Fish sauce 2tbsp Yellow Onions Phá» KhĂŽ HĂ Ná»i rock sugar 5cubes chicken soup stock(didnât have time to make stock from scratch homegrown basil leaves
Any suggestions to make this recipe closer to the local taste of Phá» GĂ ?
