Tera dek serv pro take forever to start encoder

Anyone else experience this? When hot swaping batteries the serv pro looses power then takes 3-5 minutes to finish " initializing encoder" Producers hate this lol. We've tried updating firmware and factory resets ect. Just seems like a long wait when a Tera dek bolt or something similar is up and running moments after boot.
