Can you legally purchase delisted games digitally?

I know, I can’t believe I’m even asking this question. For context I grabbed a G920 and Series S while on sale. I have most racing games except Project Cars 2.
Are there legal ways to purchase a digital copy of Project Cars 2? Like purchasing a code? Would this still be a grey area?
