I'm 17 looking for a editor to make montages for TikTok and YouTube

I'm trying to get into content creation but I'm not good enough at the moment to bring my ideas to life. Once I start working I plan to pay an editor and work together with them to grow.
I'm not trying do anything just yet since I don't have the money but I would love to talk and plan with editors who watch anime and is knowledgeable on it.
My plan is to take advantage of anime and it's many obscure memes.
