Blurry video Question?

For some reason my camera decided to blur the entire second half of a soccer match I was filming. Not sure what happened, the first half was fine and the next game was fine. The question is, can the video be corrected in Adobe Primer Elements, or do you have to have the Pro version. I shoot in 1080p on a Sony AX53.
