Interactive SWF to MP4

Post Body
I am trying to convert an interactive SWF to an MP4, but I don't want to just screen record, I'd rather have the video in scenes in the original quality. I've tried using Swivel but its function is decoding videos, not interactive scenes, or just screen record pretty much. All the scenes in the video I am trying to convert have a fade-in/fade-out as well, but that I'll cut out after I actually manage to convert the whole file to these scenes. Any tips on doing that?
