I am about to order a complete victron system (well except the battery) and have some questions regarding the cables needed for the DC side
This wiring diagram is how I think it would be best setup, but am i correct in assuming 50mm2 is best (25 might work, but if I expand my battery pack in the future I would need to replace the cables, say I expand to 15kWh?)
The cables between the RS 450 and lynx and Multiplus and lynx can easily be equal length, but with the DC switch at between the battery and lynx, do I still need equal length cables from the battery to the lynx (via the DC switch) or can the negative lead be 1.5m and the positive be 1.9m for example?
And Victrons DC switch is for 48V max, I assume even with a 51-52V charge current going to the battery it is still good as itβs still a 48V system or?
There was an error encountered when attempting to locate the post media files
When I built my system I checked each of victron system components manuals for cable size and bolt sizes and made to that.
