No show panties

Anyone is having issue with this kind of fabric on the no show panties? When I initially put it on, it fit perfectly. But after about couple hours, the waist lose tightness, and fell. I really have no clue why. Hip and waist were perfectly fit when put it on.
If you have same issue, do you have solution? My panties only washed about 3 times. But the issue started since first time wear.
