Disconnection?

Past few night my internet has seemed to fail or be temporarily disconnected. Decided to see what was happening since these are the hours I typically download things with higher speeds due to less congestion. What do you know, 1:30am central time my modem goes red and won’t reboot. Anyone else experiencing this as well?
