Cat is puking and pooping a lot

Title says it all. My cat is over-eating like crazy and pukes after she eats. Then check the litter box and find this monster poop. What is going on? Vet says she is fine and healthy and nothing is wrong. Something must be wrong in my opinion
11 year old female black cat. Only eats dry food. About 12lbs weight
