So, in a previous post I had on here I was complaining about how trash VES is with getting a simple medical opinion for exams I have done in January and February of this year. Another vet told me they emailed the CEO and got their stuff delt with, so I gave a shot at it expecting really nothing to happen. But to my surprise not only did I get a response but in 15 minutes! Main part of his response was, "I have forwarded your note to the leader of our VES business who will assign it to a special team that handles time-sensitive escalations. You can be assured that your case to be given expedited review. In most cases, this means that you should be hearing from someone at VES in the 24 – 48 hours, who will be able to provide you with clarification and more definitive information on the status of your claim. I’ve also cc'd Sonny Landry, Chief of Staff in my office, in the event you have further questions.". So fingers crossed and I'll give y'all an update for VES and then VA.
Stay fighting friends!!!
