8/5 PFN but not actually in PFN

PFN on 8/5 but not really in PFN

Can someone help me make sense of this? I finally hit PFN yesterday after 188 days. I call today to get an update and they tell me I’m back in evidence gathering review and decision pending a second opinion on a deferral that should be back by the 9th. For all the clarifications, second opinions, majority of my claim deferred and once again giving me the run around it seems like they so so badly want to deny me. Anyone else have any headaches like this? What was the outcome?
