So like most veterans I was calling the VA HOTLINE every week to get a status update but instead of calling them I call VERA. I set a appointment from one hour from when I was looking and they called me 3 minutes pass the appointment and they were able to give me everything I needed to know. What got approved, what % I am at now, why I have to wait until the 20 of Nov to get the final signature (because I opted not fill out the unemployment paperwork, by policy they have to wait 30days to move forward even if you opted out of it).
