Help with issues with BDD Claim

Hi I’m having some issues with my BDD claim I submitted what I thought was all the correct paperwork at the 180-90 day window and I just got out and received a letter from the VA saying “You did not provide a copy of your service treatment record for your current period of military service” and I was removed from the BDD program I sent them everything I could think related to medical is there something I’m missing? I contacted my local VSO already but just shot in the dark if anyones ran into this before any help would be appreciated
