Served as an Army Ranger and conventional sniper TL, spent about 18 months in Afghanistan. I didn't know what I was doing in 2016 when I filed and have unclaimed knee and back pain, tinnitus, I don't sleep much. Can someone help me? CIB/Airborne/2x campaign veteran, I think I need help from VA.
