Just a heads up to the vets out there. I scheduled with QTC, the new 3rd party scheduling C&P exams. I was told my records hadn't arrived and spoke with rep there. Their advise was to cancel my appointment and put me on a callback roster when my records arrived. Before I got off the phone, I confirmed both was completed. This morning, I received another automated call confirming my appointment. I called back and validated and not only was my appointment not cancelled, I was not put on a callback roster, and there was 0 notes added by the representative. I excalated to management to alert them on the process problem.

Just to make sure all you vets are aware that happened, and to be on the lookout. Also make certain that you verify verify verify with these folks. I was told most of them are new and that there is high probably of error.
