Back on July 5 I went and changed my bank account information for my monthly benefits payment. I received an email stating that they had received the change on July 5 2022.
Today it was deposited into the old wrong account. As I am trying to close this account.
So I went ahead and went back onto my VA benefit profile to change my direct deposit. I changed it again to the correct bank to correct routing number and the correct account number and it said saved. I refresh the page and the old account is still listed.
I work 830 to 5 Monday through Friday so that only gives me a 30 minute period to try and call at 8 o’clock in the morning on Monday to see if someone can help me.
I guess I’m just looking to see if this is happened to anyone else.

Oh for sure I know it’s a bad time. I have to be at work and clocked in immediately at 8:30 so I’m gonna have to try. But I’ll go ahead and send them a message as well. I totally forgot about that thank you very much.
