Post Body

Hi,

When I was enlisted about 10 years ago I was always tired so I got tested for sleep apnea. Results came up negative but the issue has persisted to this day. I put in a claim for it during c&p and the nurse practitioner went through my records, saw I had been seen for it twice before, also noticed that my brother who served was diagnosed with it and told me she’d send out a new sleep study that is more accurate than the ones that were used previously.

I never received a new sleep study and I called them to check - they said file was closed out. I called VBA and they said the VA had only requested a review of records and no sleep study. How am I gonna get any proof of my claim if another sleep study isn’t completed?
