Hi,
I have a couple of issues. I sprained my wrist when I was in basic training and didn’t seek treatment so it must’ve healed wrong, I have issues with it everyday especially when I’m typing which I do a lot of for my job. It’s not really a painful thing unless I injure it but it’s near constant discomfort. I’ve been getting 10% for that.
Next is my knee. I hurt it during PT and never got it looked at either. Now it’s painful when I agitate it or put too much weight on it when lifting weights, walking long distances and running. There’s also a pain in my glute that developed and I think it might be related. Can feel it more when I’m wearing dress shoes so I stick to comfy shoes with more support.
Lastly I’m being checked for sleep apnea. I did a sleep study when I was in and they concluded that I didn’t have it, this was 9 years ago. I still have similar sleeping habits where I don’t really feel rested and typically am tired in the middle of the day. Is there even a point for them to check me out for this since I already did the sleep study?
Any tips on what info I should make them aware of would be helpful. Thanks!
