Incorrect rating

I have a bi-lateral for 2 disabilities. When my ratings are listed I am given 10% bi-lateral. From my understanding it is supposed to be a percentage added to the total and not the 10%. No stacking
Can anyone help me with disputing how they have calculated my rating? What should I do?
