Voc Rehab Counselor dropped the ball and has t paid for any of my agreed upon courses since September - the school never sent me a message because I’m a veteran and they knew to wait on the VA.

I’m in Kansas. I’m looking at $10,000 of debt and the VA guy was very apologetic but hasn’t fixed the issue. He said “I’m putting out 100 fires a day sorry yours was overlooked.”
Can I contact an IG? I’m a disabled vet who got a job as soon as I graduate and am approved for voc rehab and finished my course - the guy just dropped the ball with the purchase orders for my Ed payments.
