I am glad I took a screenshot of all the evidence I submitted. In a recent claim I submitted medical evidence for 4 sources for my sleep apnea claim. When I received the denial a piece of the evidence was not listed.
The supplemental I filed has been pending for a month now. How can you determine a claim without reviewing all the evidence?
The VA exam is prepared by a NP and my nexus letter is by a sleep specialist and I am denied. Amazing!
Definitely prepared for the HLR if it does not work out.
Keep track of everything!
