I’ve seen Youtube videos about it but I don’t know if it is a Myth or not.
Personal example: Just got out of an anxiety attack right now where I completely shut down and circled this reddit for 30 minutes trying to find the words and will to say (side note: Nausea persistent).
I don’t know where to begin. I want to tell my VA PCM (Primary Carr Manager) my mental health is declining worse than it already is.
I recently finished up a C&P Exam for Mental Health (PTSD & Social Anxiety) that should show a strong 70%, but due to memory loss, I left out how my mental motor functions get substantially reduced. Also, this week, we have a surprise visit from a family member and they are going to share/live in my room.
From cleaning, things got so overwhelming I stopped all attempts at working to better the room for my sanity’s sake.
Now, I am at this point where I am seriously considering get an AirBnb for the whole entire week they’re so this family member doesn’t have to see & get involved with my daily Amxiety Attacks, Severe Irritation, Non Stop Cursing, and other aggressive behaviour.
I....feel like I should tell this to someone. Mental health appintment is half a week away and, well, fhis is important to mention.
Would it benefit messaging the PCM saying my mental health is getting worse than it already is?
Would it help my claim to keep them in the loop?
Andbody have insight on this?
