Space A Travel now authorized for both 100% P&T Veterans and their Dependents

Per DOD Instruction 4515.13 (23OCT2020 version), page 44, item 47. Veteran has to be present, no other changes that I can tell.
Somebody requested I post this here, nice perk for those that qualify, hope it helps some folks!
