Nexus letters

I’ve been going to doctors for well over two years for my injuries and yet, they still refuse to write a nexus letter for me. I have many ailments that I got while deployed and in the service. I’ve been to the VA and personal doctors and have tons of documentation but can’t get a nexus letter. What can I do?
