Very confused?

So I filed in August for 6 different claims and they all got denied and they sent me a decision letter denying everything and randomly yesterday i got a check in the mail with a new decision letter for 20% for one of the things I claimed and now I looked at my Va app and Iām on step 3 again of the claims I submitted in August? What is going on?
