HLR Backpay question

Initial claim was submitted February 2024 and decided in September. I submitted an HLR in October due to some things I noticed that were missed during the initial C&P exam. HLR asserted a difference of opinion and a supplemental was opened. And today I received a decision to increase on the corresponding supplemental claim.
Should my effective date be to the initial claim or this supplemental claim? The letter also states my increased payment should begin December 2024 not February.
