HLR Informal Conference

I recently did a C&P for my post Gynecomastia surgery and it turned out to be an ACE exam. Is this correct instead of using the normal breast DBQ? I have an HLR informal conference soon and want to get my info right. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm going off the 38 CFR 4.116 section 7626. I also just found out that the ACE exam are records only review. I went to mine in person. I didn't know it was an ACE. I thought they would be using the DBQ.
