I came off orders with the Reserves and am trying to get my VA benefits reinstated. I submitted my DD214 in late June and whenever I call to check on the status it is "pending". I'm never able to escalate and they are never able to give information beyond that.

Other possible relevant info:

• I filed new claims and increases in July. Whenever I call about the above issue, they mistakenly answer questions about the new claims status. There seems to be confusion on their end here no matter how much I try to explain that I am trying to simply resume payments for my already existing conditions.
• I was on a few different sets of orders, including a mobilization, for much of 2023 and early 2024. I *should* have a debt, but whenever I ask about having them create a debt for me, again I can never get through to the appropriate person. I have the money, I'm able to pay it back, but as of yet no debt has been created.
