Can you dispute a C&P exam?

I'm just curious...nearly all of my exam is completely inaccurate, all the way down to the examiner reporting that I had no pain when I showed up despite this not being true. My exam also stated that I use no assisted devices when I walked into my exam using a cane. Just two examples I used. I have an HLR hearing tomorrow, and not completely sure how to tackle this issue.
