Changes of Jurisdiction during PDA?

My claim was sitting in PFD with temp jurisdiction in Buffalo for 3 weeks. Then it hit PDA, and within an hour was back to PFD for 24 hours, then back to PDA.

The whole time it stayed with temp jurisdiction in buffalo. About an hour ago it switched from Buffalo to Milwaukee. Has anyone seen a claim change temp jurisdiction without a change in stage?

I've had a couple calls with VERA, i know what I'm provisionally rated at, and they told me today it could be hours or maybe at the latest friday and that it was just awaiting a couple of buttons to be pushed and it was done.
