I put in my claim in January had 3 c&p exams. 2 a week later and then the last one the END OF MAY. âPartial decisionâ granted 10% for tinnitus but flat out denied my depression which really was far from my biggest complaint. A month and a half later I get temp jurisdiction and told I should have a decision on the 10th. On the 11th (my birthday might I add) I get a call âoh now we need blood work, X-rays and another physical examâ oh and we canât get you in til the 22nd an hour away and a completely different location an hour away on the 23rd. Then they have 2 weeks to send in their results to process. So whenever that happens the va will once again restart their month long clock giving them til September just to move me out of the national queue and onto a raters desk. Is there any possible way they can screw me over again and order more exams or will they finally stop screwing me around and just deny it? Over 80% of my claimed conditions were deferred. Ironically the ones that all effect me the worst daily. It truly seems like they just want me to give up so anybody have any idea why such a CF happened when I had clear indisputable evidence? At this point Iâm expecting a less than favorable decision.
