I don’t know which claims to put in as a primary or secondary

I’m currently being seen by doctors at the VA for tinnnitus, migraines, gerd and pain management for my back, neck, shoulder and knee. I’m also seeing a private DR for PSTD. I have no idea on which one to place as the primary or secondary. Anyone have an idea? I had 2 OCONUS DEPLOYMENTS and one 90 day TDY in Guam along with activation to the capitol riots. I do have an LOD from one deployment for my back, neck, shoulder and knee.
